We require all renters to carry property insurance coverage. If you do not have coverage, we offer Tenant Protection plans designed to fit your budget and needs. You will be offered Tenant Protection during your initial unit rental process.
Do I Provide My Own Lock?
Yes. We require the use of a disc style lock to secure your storage unit door latch. Disc locks are available at Terry’s Hardware, Hometown Ace Hardware, Fleet Farm, Menards, Walmart or Amazon.com.
When Is Monthly Rent Payment Due?
Your rent must always be paid on the 1st of each month. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express as well as direct withdrawal from a checking account. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% credit card processing fee which is passed on to the charge card provider.
Should I Store My Items On Pallets?
Yes. Placing items on pallets in your storage unit will promote air circulation around your stored goods and protect items that are sensitive to humidity like mattresses, furniture, etc.
